LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The key objective of the Leadership Academy is to provide directors, managers, supervisors, and charge nurses (and other designated employees) with the tools and skills necessary to harness the best in their employees. Class participants will learn strategies for facilitating employee engagement, building team trust, decreasing turnover, and how to hardwire excellence into the organization. Courses cover topics on leadership skills and service excellence.
Active participation is mandatory for all directors, managers, supervisors, charge nurses and specifically designated positions. Courses must be completed within a one to two-year period.
New supervisors are expected to enroll in the program within three months of hire or promotion. Employees who complete the program will be honored with a diploma presented at a recognition event.
