Two curricular tracks provide structure for our class offerings: The Leadership Academy and The Academy for Clinical Excellence. Our General Staff Development division provides an avenue for all employees to meet standard requirements such as annual mandatory updates and coordinates with city, state and national organizations to create employment opportunities for healthcare professionals through grants, select scholarships, clinical student placements, clinical development, and community liaison.

Participation

Active participation is mandatory for all directors, managers, supervisors, charge nurses and specifically designated positions. Courses must be completed within a one to two-year period.
