The EDGE Nurse Residency Program

The EDGE (Evidence-Driven Graduate Experience) Nurse Residency Program

This 10-Week program is aimed at providing the new nurse with an in-depth review of key aspects of nursing care. Covering a wide variety of topics, each weekly workshop presents students the opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns and share experiences with fellow nurses and with expert presenters from throughout the St. David’s HealthCare.

Each session will begin with a review of the previous week, with discussion of problems encountered by participants during on-the-job situations. In addition to attending lectures, students will be required to prepare a case studies on selected topics at the end of the series.
