On-Line Courses

On-line Healthstream courses were developed to provide additional opportunities to augment Leadership Academy classroom training. These are the courses currently available:

AIDET - (Front-line staff only)

HCAHPS- Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider Systems - (Clinical staff, including both supervisors and front line staff)

Peer Interviewing Refresher - (Staff who have previously taken the two day “Targeted Selection” training) This course is offered as a “refresher” and teaches the learner the differences between Targeted Selection and Peer Interviewing.
